A Young Man beheads 2 year-old boy, rapes mother in Ogun state

PM News, a middle aged man named Mamodu Bashir Ibrahim has been arrested by the Ogun State police command for behading a 2year old boy and raping the boy's mother inside an uncompleted building in a bush at Ofada town in Obafemi/Owode local government area of the State. Reports say the man trailed the woman who was carrying her son on her back, into the bush, forced her into an uncompleted building, raped her, then stabbed her in the neck. He then cut off the little boy's head. A passerby discovered what was happening and raised an alarm but by the time help finally came, the suspect had already fled the scene with the little boy's head. Continue... He was later arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department, CID of the State Police Command and when they asked for the boy's head, he said he had sold it to a woman in Ibadan. Speaking with Punch, the singer said celebs who do this are asking for trouble. "I think that artistes who are in the habit of posting expensive items on social media should tread carefully because of the present situation in the country. If they continue to do this, they might be asking for trouble. Also, artistes, who prefer to have their names on the license plates of their cars, had better watch it. The United States Government freezes About $458million Sani Abacha cash

The United States government on March 5th said it had ordered a freeze on $458 million in assets hidden in European accounts by former Nigerian dictator Sani Abacha and his conspirators. PM News reports that the Justice Department said the corruption proceeds, stashed away in bank accounts in Britain, France and Jersey, were frozen at Washington’s request with the help of local authorities. Abacha died in office in 1998, but his surviving relatives still include some of the richest and most influential figures in Nigeria.
