These two men with strange dress spotted walking on major roads in Lagos State today. They were spotted this evening along Admiralty road in Lekki phase 1 in Lagos. Whats their Mission?

This was revealed to newsmen by the National President of the Bus Conductors Association of Nigeria (BCAN), Comrade Israel Adeshola. The Lagos State Bus conductors association are currently re-branding their profession in a more professional way and for easy identification. This was confirmed an interview with its members stating that the members of the bus conductor unit will be mandated to wear uniforms and name tags. This decision was made in connection to support the Lagos state government’s project on  Smart City Initiative . A group of four-man Notorious Armed Kidnap syndicates who has been terrorizing Aba and its environs has met their end by the braved Detectives attached to Omoba Division on 19th July, 2017, at Ovungwu, Isiala-Ngwa South Local Government Area Abia State. The kidnappers had on 18th July, 2017, in Osisioma Ngwa abducted one Onyemaechi Mbamaonyeukwu Ijeoma, the Managing Director of Mba Hotels Aba in his Nissan Infinity Jeep with Reg. No. GWA 807 DH and held him hostage in an uncompleted building at Umuajuju Ovungwu, Isiala Ngwa South LGA while negotiating for ransom. Apparently on tip of, the Detectives led by their DPO, swooped into action on the hoodlums’ den where the gang opened fire on sighting them. During a shootout, two of the Kidnappers later identified as Nwadibia and Monday were gunned down while others escaped with bullet wounds.
