Bloody and Sad Sunday as Several massacred in Ozubulu, Nnewi Town, Anambra State

In the early hours during the first Sunday Service, 6 August, unidentified gunmen stomped St. Phillip’s catholic church in Ozubulu town in Anambra state and opened fire on worshipers, several killed while many injured. It was reported that St Philip’s is widely known to be an architectural masterpiece, a luxurious place of worship, consecrated about two years ago by the Catholic Bishop of Nnewi Town,  Rev Dr Odili Okeke. See more photo... The building was solely financed by the town’s famous philanthropist, High Chief Nnamdi Ikegwounwu (Ebubechukwuuzo Ozubulu). The Ozubulu Teaching hospital in Nnewi is at the moment full with casualties and many are still dying.

These two men with strange dress spotted walking on major roads in Lagos State today. They were spotted this evening along Admiralty road in Lekki phase 1 in Lagos. Whats their Mission?

Lagos bus conductors to start wearing uniforms, name-tags today - Chika Ebuzor | The National President of the Bus Conductors Association of Nigeria (BCAN)

This was revealed to newsmen by the National President of the Bus Conductors Association of Nigeria (BCAN), Comrade Israel Adeshola. The Lagos State Bus conductors association are currently re-branding their profession in a more professional way and for easy identification. This was confirmed an interview with its members stating that the members of the bus conductor unit will be mandated to wear uniforms and name tags. This decision was made in connection to support the Lagos state government’s project on  Smart City Initiative . This was made known to Vanguard by the National President of the Bus Conductors Association of Nigeria (BCAN), Comrade Israel Adeshola.
