Willie Obiano, Anambra State Governor Stops His Convoy To Rescue Female Accident Victim.


The Anambra state governor, H.E Willie Obiano, today suspended his official functions to save the life of a middle aged woman that was involved in an accident at Ugwunwasike junction, Ogidi in the state. The accient occur this afternoon 18 July 2017.  The unidentified lady who sustained injuries on the head and was lying on the road with passersby scrambling to find a way to take her to the hospital.


But Governor Obiano who was out to inspect ongoing works as well as check a major washout by erosion at Odume layout, Obosi, immediately on arrival at the scene, broke his convoy and with the help of his aides, put the lady in a vehicle and they zoom off to the hospital.

I would rather play ball or any other sport in the rain than join a voting queue! In the ongoing Local Government Elections in Lagos State, it was seen that most part of the state engaged them selves in sport activities instead of queuing up to cast their vote as expected.
